THE PACT Updates, Shorts at Tribeca Film Fest and More!

UPDATEPARAÌSO has won BEST DOCUMENTARY SHORT at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival!  Congrats to Nadav Kurtz and the entire team!

Buzz has been building for THE PACT since the Sundance premiere a few months back!

The film will be released in the US on July 6th and in the UK on June 8th.

Check out this most terrifying trailer:

Incredibly thrilling to see this film hitting theaters!  And an announcement about the original score is just around the corner…
In other exciting news, I was fortunate to score two short films screening at the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival!

PARAÌSO, directed by Nadav Kurtz is a beautiful documentary about window washers in Chicago, and the short narrative MIGRAINE, by Matthew Bonifacio, explores one man’s unexpected journey in New York City as he copes with a particularly intense headache.
I was at the opening screenings for both films in New York and they were fantastic! Congrats to everyone involved.

Still from MIGRAINE
Coming up next, director Derrick Hausen‘s moody East Los Angeles narrative ATONAL will have its festival premiere at the Beverly Hills Film Festival followed by a screening at the Newport Beach Film Festival the very next day– congrats to the whole team!
Last but certainly not least, congrats to the amazing BURNING IN THE SUN crew on the film’s television premiere and the prestigious Cinema for Peace Green Film Award!
