Very happy to announce Hooked — a fast paced, and I must admit, quite addictive game for Facebook! I wrote a couple orchestral tunes for this one, and you can play online now here .

In other news, the International Documentary Association asked me and director Angad Bhalla to contribute an article to Documentary Magazine about our experiences at the Sundance Composer + Documentary Lab this past summer. The piece looks great in print, but you can also read it online.

I recently scored the short film Atonal directed by Derrick Hausen. It’s a moving story about a man’s relationship with his aging father, and the imagery is stunning– without taking a cue from the film’s title, the music is a textured re-imagining of some film noir scores, and features guitars and Armenian duduk.

Gratitude by Cyrus Mirakhor continues its festival run. I’m really proud of this score featuring Ljova & The Kontraband. The film recently won best comedy short at the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival and can be seen next at the San Jose Short Film Festival .

Some more exciting news is in the works, stay tuned!
